Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the products in their original luxury packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
